In what date range will Trump be impeached by the House of Representatives?

Decision Logic

This will resolve for a particular time frame if the House of Representatives passes an article of impeachment of President Donald Trump during that time frame. If he's impeached multiple times, only the first one counts. All times are Eastern.

Early resolution is possible.

Any wagers made for the winning option within 7 full days of that option officially winning will be refunded.

Well, he was just impeached. According to the decision logic: "Any wagers made for the winning option within 7 full days of that option officially winning will be refunded." I will have to refund any wagers made for "2019" after December 11th. Just gotta figure out how to do that.
