Description

The USSR's space probe Kosmos-482 is about to crash into Earth some time this week! Where will this failed Venus probe hit?

Note, because of its orbit it should impact between 52N and 52S, so Antarctica and the Arctic are not options.

Eurasia - Anywhere on continental Europe, Asia, or nearby islands (e.g., Britain, Ireland).
Americas - Anywhere on North America, South America, or nearby islands (e.g., Hawaii, Aleutians).
Africa - Anywhere on Africa or its nearby islands (e.g., Madagascar).
Australia/NZ/PI - Anywhere on Australia, New Zealand, or Pacific Islands.
Ocean - SPLASHDOWN!

So, betting is closed. I guess the system will automatically refund me once the time limit hits (I don't know how I screwed the time limits up that badly, I thought I set betting to close at 23:55 on the 9th.)

Supposedly confirmed to have gone splash already. The ESA is no longer finding it on radar in orbit, and "It splashed down in the Indian Ocean west of Jakarta, Indonesia, Roscosmos said." according to the New York Times.
