Decision Logic
This bet is for TOTAL medal count including, gold, silver, and bronze medals. Early resolution is not possible. Wikipedia or reputable news source confirms. The games run until February 25, 2018. Betting deadline is February 13th. Bet resolves on Feb 26th. If some other country not listed wins, then the bettors will be refunded.
