Who is the next Conservative Party of Canada leader?

Will it be Kevin O'Leary from the hit TV show "Shark Tank"? Kellie Leitch, referred to as the Donald Trump of the north? French libertarian Maxime Bernier? CPC standard bearer Lisa Raitt?

Only party members in good standing at 5pm Eastern Time on March 28, 2017 will be allowed to vote. The fee for a party membership is $15. Voting will be on a one member one vote basis using a ranked ballot; however votes will be calculated so that each electoral district have equal weight with each electoral district allocated 100 points.Candidates will be assigned a point total based on his or her percentage of the vote in each electoral district. To win, a candidate must receive at least 16,901 points which would be a majority.

The deadline for betting will end on May 26, 2017, and the outcome will be the following day, May 27, 2017, when the leadership election is held.
