Decision Logic

The next individual nominated to the Supreme Court by any president and confirmed by the U.S. Senate shall be the individual named in the bet.

Market can and will close early as soon as confirmation occurs.

If no confirmation occurs by end date in 2018, this market shall resolve "OTHER".

Gorsuch is most likely going to get confirmed, but you honestly never know. Based on the resistance they've put up to his cabinet picks, the democrats seem hellbent on being very obstructionist towards Trump - I can honestly say throwing a little coin against me as a value bet could be a smart move. With a whole coin on it, I can't say I won't be sweating!

Let's make this interesting... I'll throw a full coin on Gorsuch. Keep in mind that just because Trump announced him doesn't mean he will be confirmed.
