If at any time from October 21, 2021 to December 31, 2021, the "7 day moving average" number of new Covid cases in the US, as reported by CDC website at the link below, falls below 55k, Yes wins. Otherwise, No wins.

The only source that will be relied upon to resolve this market is the "7 day moving average" number of new Covid cases in the US reported on the CDC website at the following link - https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#trends_dailytrendscases. No other sources for Covid data will be considered to resolve this market.
