Will at least one Rio 2016 Olympic or Paralympic event be cancelled or relocated, for any reason, such as unfinished venues, security issues, or virus outbreaks?

If at least one Rio 2016 event is cancelled or relocated, and is reported on mass media and/or on www.rio2016.com, or an announcement by the IOC of the cancellation/delay of an event.

Outcome is known at the end of the Paralympic Games, on September 18th, 2016.
