Biden's Presidential debate with Trump was a historic failure. Now DNC power brokers and mainstream news outlets are pressuring Biden to drop out of the primary race so another DNC politician with a better chance of beating Trump can become the DNC Presidential nominee (for example - Kamala Harris). Biden is standing firm and says he won't quit or drop out of the race. This bet is on if Biden drops out of the presidential race or if he stays in the race and wins the DNC nomination.

Decision Logic

If Biden withdraws, dies, and/or is otherwise removed from Presidential race before winning DNC nomination, bet resolves YES.

If Biden wins DNC nomination (i.e. official vote count confirms Biden received majority of delegate votes) then this bet resolves NO. Any replacement of Biden as DNC nominee before election day will not change the resolution from NO so long as Biden wins the DNC nomination first.
