Will Biden exit as president so Kamala can be Prez 47?

Kamala could have been the first woman president -- in fact, the first half-black half-Indian woman president!!! -- if only she'd been able to win.

Sad trombone.

But it could still happen -- all that needs to happen is for Joe to step down, be removed from office, or otherwise exeunt stage left so Kamala can have a few days or weeks as a consolation prize!

Will it happen?!

YES wins if Joe exits the office permanently and Kamala serves out his remaining term.

NO wins if Joe remains President until January 20th at noon (or whatever the official traditional turn-it-over time is).

Temporary assumptions of the office DO NOT COUNT, such as Biden undergoing a physical or Biden getting sick for a few days with a plan of resuming office when well.

Kamala taking over and then being removed DOES count, if Joe is still out of the picture (e.g., Joe is 25th Amendmented, then Kamala has a heart attack from too much cocaine).

Early decision is possible if Joe is clearly permanently removed and Kamala takes over.
