Will Joe Biden or Kamala Harris make it to April 2nd, 2021, in power, with one or the other holding the office of Presidency?

Decision Logic

If on April 2nd, 2021 Joe Biden or Kamala Harris is holding the Office of President of The United States this bet resolves to yes.

If Biden is replaced by Harris, and Harris is holding the Office of President of The United States on April 2nd, 2021, this bet resolves to yes.

If neither are holding presidential office for any reason, the prop resolves as "No" including the potential for an early resolution if a "No" condition is met. Such examples could be if the Insurrection Act is invoked and the election results are nullified due to fraud and/or arrests of Biden/Harris.

@888 Updated - that is implied. In the cases mentioned, it would be a No and wouldn't become a Yes, so it would resolve early either way. Added it in the logic for clarity.

@Avalon, this bet needs to state in the decision logic terms for early resolution that were included in the original decision logic. The bet resolves early if the Insurrection Act is invoked and the election results are nullified due to fraud and/or arrests of Biden/Harris.... and if it suits these illogical people like @MooseMe , @Them_mooses , @Ubuntanda , you can state "dies of natural causes or is otherwise incapacitated".

We've modified the logic to meet site standards. Further, @MooseMe from a practical perspective, there is no 'hit market' for $1000 worth of BTC to attempt not one but two presidential murders. I believe the host simply wrote it in a weird way but this prop is completely valid otherwise. It has been adjusted.

@MooseMe WTF indeed. No reasonable person can not consider the possibility that a 79 year old senile man might not die of natural causes before this be ends. And no responsible bet host would not put that scenario in the decision logic, show there wouldn't be anyone screwed because of fuzzy, incomplete decision logic. @Ubuntanda and @MooseMe The decision logic was made as clear and solid as possible, so this bet doesn't end up like @AHamilton's bets, using fuzzy decision logic & terminating bets early. Because of that, all scenarios had to be covered. The reality is Biden is an old, senile man. Death is a very real possibility. So to is arrests for treason for one or both of them.
