Decision Logic

The wager will end in BCH's favor if, for the majority of November of 2018, BCH's price per coin and market cap is higher than BTC's. To resolve 'yes' BCH must 'beat' BTC for at least 15 of the 30 days in November, cumulatively - not necessarily in a row.
