2. "Yes" means BTC equals or exceeds $16,000 USD within the prescribed time frame. "No" means BTC does not equal or exceed $16,000 USD within the prescribed time frame.

3. Early resolution will be possible.

4. If the "Yes" condition is satisfied, all bets placed 24 hours before price resolution will be refunded.
