Decision Logic
Coinbase will be used for price verification. Early resolution is possible. "Yes" - bitcoin reaches $20,000 on or before December 31, 2018. "No" - bitcoin does not reach $20,000 on or before December 31, 2018. Bet runs until December 15th, 2018 and resolves noon on December 31, 2018.
