@BenCarson, doublecheck the date on the decision logic, it lists the decision date as December 15. Specifically:
"official exchange rate bitcoin to US dollar on december 15th, 2017"

@TheArbitrator, the decision logic specifies that it has to be *on* Dec 17, not *before* Dec 17, and doesn't say anything about early resolution.

I believe this bet should be resolvable now. BTC has been trading well above $8.000 throughout the day.
