Will Bitcoin price go up in September?
Decision Logic
We will use https://www.bitstamp.net/ as price source. We will compare the daily price (hoover over the chart to see) from September 1 to the price from September 30. If the price is higher on the latter date the bet resolves as YES. If the price is lower or same (down to the penny) the bet resolves as NO. (In case of a fork DURING the month, the value of the new and old coin is added together.)
