Will the price of Bitcoin in USD rise or fall during the month of October, 2014? Prices at the beginning and end of the month will be compared. Any highs or lows in between those two dates do not matter.

Decision Logic

If the price of Bitcoin in USD at the end of October 31 (UTC) is higher than at the beginning of October 1, the bet resolves as "Up".
If the price at the end of October 31 is equal to or lower than at the beginning of October 1, the bet resolves as "Down".

Bitstamp.net will be used to determine prices.
