Decision Logic
Option 1 - If there will be a successful hard fork of the Segwit2x later this month, and the price reaches at least $2000, YES wins.
Option 2 - If there is no successful hard fork of the Segwit2x later this month or the price will not reach at least $2000, NO wins.
