Will Bitcoin trade above $2400 at any point during 2017?

Some analysts have a $3,000 price target for Bitcoin this year.

Bets posted within two weeks of outcome will be refunded.

Decision Logic

If Bitcoin trades at or above $2400 at any point during 2017, the bet will resolve to "Yes."

Bet may resolve early depending on price action.

Because the bets were placed assuming no rule changes would be made. If a site starts changing the rules midway in to a bet they will loose trust, users and profit.

Why's that? I don't mean for bets already placed, just future ones. Otherwise thousands of bucks will just get poured into 'yes' when BTC reaches 1595...

@Evangreer, can you add language saying that bets placed within a week or two of outcome will be refunded ?
