If it is "officially" taking place at any point before or on the day of Jan. 20th 2026, by announcement through the AP and nationwide news, then "Yes" will win.

If not, "No" will win, and we can possibly start a new bet if talks are still in the works or Trump is still jesting or negotiating on this topic.
