Will CBOE Bitcoin ETF get approved?

On June 26th, The SEC received an application for a Bitcoin ETF (exchange traded fund) filed by the Cboe Global Markets, who have proposed to partner with Van Eyck Investment and SolidX.

Ruling from SEC will come 45 days from June 26 with possibility of 90 day delay.

Will CBOE ETF get approved by August 10th or September 24th (if delayed)?
