Will Chuck Schumer be Senate Majority Leader in 2019?

Bet on if Chuck Schumer will be Senate Majority Leader for congress in 2019.

For this to resolve as YES, the following must happen:
The democratics would have to take control of the senate after the midterm elections in November (and therefore Schumer and Mitch Mcconnell's roles are reversed).
Schumer must not resign, die, or anything that happens that prevent Schumer from becoming Senate Majority Leader.
Early resolution is not possible, even after midterm elections. Schumer must be Senate Majority Leader on the outcome date, Jan. 8, 2019 for a YES resolution.
