Description
The Senate and House must pass a tax reform bill by December 31, 2017 before 11:59 PM E.T.
Decision Logic
If President Trump veto the bill, that will have no bearing on the outcome of this bet. If President Trump doesn't sign the bill before the end of the year, that will have no bearing on this bet. The only requirement, the bill most pass both House and Senate and be ready for President Trump to sign for this to resolve as YES. Otherwise, if no tax reform bill is passed, it will resolve NO. Results will be determined from web sites congress.gov, house.gov, and/or senate.gov. Early resolution possible.

Money has an associated time value. Money now is worth more than money in the future. BetMoose losers are costing us money - effectively stealing from their customers. They are showing how little they give a **** about their patrons. A fine business strategy.

@BenCarson @TheArbitrator @Wired4Fun As host of the bet, I have no control at resolving it early unless I'm missing something @Avalon? I already reported this as early resolution to a moderator. Unless they release this to resolve early, the outcome date is Jan. 1. And I would like the final bet(s) be refunded also.

@TheArbitrator @Avalon There's only one late bet so far. The Senate had passed the bill, but not the house, on the 0.1354 one. Therefore the conditions of the bet resolving yes, The house and the senate passing it, while much more likely, had not actually been satisfied yet. @coly20032003 is outright trying to sneak in a late bet and should be refunded. Agree the proposition should be resolved now and bets disabled. Hope everyone did well, I lost my position by a week and a half.

The final bet for 0.1354 BTC placed on December 20 should be refunded since that was placed after the US Senate passed the bill and therefor rendered the bet resolved.

Actually if you bothered to do the math you'd see that now that I've "thrown a ****load of Bitcoin" onto yes, I'm net positive when tax reform passes (net winning of 0.00759179) but I wouldn't expect a troll to bother doing the math.

Actually he's cancelling out his losses a little bit by doing that and it is a strategy anyone could use. That's why betting early is weighed more.
