New York governor Andrew Cuomo has been accused of sexual harassment, and numerous Democrats have called for his resignation or impeachment. Will he resign or be impeached before the end of June 2021?

Decision Logic

If Andrew Cuomo announces his resignation (personally or through his staff) as governor any time before the end of June, this question will resolve "yes". He does not have to actually leave office by the deadline, just make the announcement.
If the New York Assembly votes to impeach Cuomo, before the end of June, this question will resolve "yes". He does not have to actually leave office by the deadline.
