Will democrats control the Senate after innaguration?

This bet is on if the democrats will have control of the US Senate at the end of the day on January 20, 2021. More specifically, YES wins if democrats have 51 or more sitting US Senators at 1159pm on January 20th. NO wins if republicans have 51 or more sitting US Senators at 1159pm on January 20th. If both republicans and democrats have 50 sitting US senators at 1159pm on Jan 20th, the winner will be the party of the sitting Vice President at 1159pm on Jan 20th.

YES wins if DNC has 51 or more sitting US Senators at 1159pm on Jan 20. NO wins if GOP has 51 or more sitting US Senators at 1159pm on Jan 20. Vice President, as ex officio President of Senate, will be counted as a sitting U.S. senator for the purposes of this bet. Party of each Senator (or VP) is based on the party he/she has publicly stated they intend to caucus with. If the Vice President (who counts as a US Senator for this bet) or any of the other US Senators swear in after January 20th they will not be one of the "sitting Senators" that are counted for this bet (i.e. if Kamala Harris swears in after Jan 20 she will not count as a sitting US Senator for DNC, instead Mike Pence will be counted as a sitting GOP senator for this bet).
