Description

Bet if enough democrat senators and house of rep would vote to pass a funding bill with wall/steel/physical barrier along southern US-Mexico border by March 31, 2019.

Decision Logic

Regardless if a funding bill passes, wall/steel/fence/physical barrier funding must be included in funding bill signed by President Trump for a Yes resolution. No funding by March 31 will be a No resolution. Early resolution possible.

aaah, I see now... sorry for questioning the validity of the outcome. I used to think for some reason that the national emergency was declared as the parties were unable to reach a comprise on this issue)

The funding bill includes $1.375 Billion for border wall. Previously, while 1.3 or 1.6 B was discussed for border security but not a wall, the dems backed down on that restriction. While Trump wanted over $5 B, the bet doesn't specific how much funding must be for a border wall.
