Resignation wouldn't affect this market directly. All that matters is if articles of impeachment are approved/passed. Nixon for instance had three articles of impeachment approved before he resigned.

It's for people who think something impeachable is going to happen in the next couple months. Of course, there is a reason I put nearly 1.4 btc on 'no' - obviously I personally believe it will resolve no :)
