Will Donald Trump charge Clinton with crimes?

In the debates Trump did state if he was president he would be seeing to it Clinton goes to jail for her charges. Will Trump live up to this claim by charging Clinton or pushing FBI to re investigate again by end of February?

If by Feb 28th Trump has reopened an investigation or started another investigation against Clinton according to CNN, MSNBC, BBC or FOX news, the outcome will be ruled as true (Yes)

If by Feb 28th, no word of Trump vs Clinton cases come up or she is offered some form of pardon by a person of power the outcome will be ruled as false (No)
