It would be funny if Biden frees Ross before Trump gets a chance to, just to take away another of Trump's campaign promises -- just like selling off the BTC that Trump was going to use to start the national stockpile; I saw somewhere today that the DOJ moved 10K BTC to Coinbase for sale.

No worries Ross is known as American entrepreneur even in google lookup. He will find work at Bitcoin conferences as a speaker, IT jobs his resume speaks for itself creator of a cartel the Silk Road on Tor as Dread Pirate Roberts, and he has run multiple venture companies in skills that don't rust haha. He's pretty set once he's out sure some old timers will support him maybe even old Silk road sellers haha.

Meh, no worries either way, but a pardon is quite different from a commutation -- a pardon restores all rights and erases the conviction, while a commutation merely releases the prisoner and the conviction remains -- no gun rights unless they luck out after jumping through a lot more hoops, no voting rights in most states, can't hold certain jobs, have to go through stringent reviews for some professional licenses (and usually still get rejected).

Simply put either Ross stays in jail with 2 life sentences after Trump enters office or is released within the 100 days of his coming to the office by Presidential Pardon.

@Porky My apologies I see what you meant Clemency covers all of the types of Pardons available to the President
This includes traditional presidential pardons which are complete forgiveness, Commutation which is a reduction of a sentence which keeps the conviction and lowers the punishment and a reprieve which delays a punishment.
A Presidential pardon as used in the decision logic involves any of the three powers in this case specifically Trump offered Clemency per the betting logic.
