The outcome will be YES. it is irrelevant how exactly it may be done - willingly or unwillingly. Only the fact of release matters for this bet.

The logic does not appear to be clear. If Trump's tax returns are released by means other than himself and unwillingly of himself, what would the outcome resolve as? And/or if his tax returns are released by means other than the Dems and unwillingly of himself, what would the outcome be?
