Decision Logic
The outcome will be 'Yes' if verifiable Russian government and/or news sources confirm that Mr Snowden's asylum has been extended by midnight Moscow time on 31 July. It will be 'No' if no official confirmation is received by that date, or if the claim is verifiably rejected.
