Description
On December 19, the Electors of the Electoral College will cast their ballots for the President of the United States. If they all vote the way their states voted, Donald Trump will win. However, they can vote for Hillary Clinton if they choose. Will any of the states flip and change their vote from Trump to Hillary?
Decision Logic
If ANY (one or more) of the states change their vote from Trump to Hillary then the bet resolves as "Yes." If none of the states change their vote from Trump to Hillary then the bet resolves as "No." This bet only refers to the individual state vote as a whole and not to individual rogue Electors. The whole state must change. Confirmation comes from reputable news source; CNN/NBC/NYT.
