Will Elizabeth warren run for President of the United Stites of America in the 2020 presidential election?

This bet will resolve as YES if and only if, before this bet's outcome date, Elizabeth Warren formally announces her candidacy for President of the United States of America in the 2020 general election, by filing a Statement of Candidacy and/or a Statement of Organization of an exploratory committee for the office of president with the Federal Election Commission.

Absent such filings, the bet will resolve NO, notwithstanding declarations by Ms. Warren and/or her representatives regarding intentions to run, fundraising activities, hiring of campaign staff, and/or establishment of other campaign infrastructure.
