Jim Comey has been shooting his mouth off for two years about the President of the United States committing crimes. Recently he has stated that the President will be indicted when he's out of office. I say Jim Comey is a liar, and he will be indicted himself before 2019 is over.

If Jim Comey is indicted for a crime in 2019, then the bet resolves as YES. If he is not indicted in 2019, then the bet resolves as NO.
