Description
With the pressure of Wikileaks, email scandals, among other controversies will Hillary Clinton drop out of the Presidential race?
Decision Logic
If Hillary drops out or is forced out or is no longer in the race for any reason then the bet resolves as a "Yes." If Hillary stays in the race until Election Day then the bet resolves as a "No." Outcome date will be November 9th, 2016 the day after the election. Confirmation must come from a credible news site: CNN or NYT
