Description

Third time's the charm? Will Hillary Clinton announce a run for the office of US Presidency 2020?

Decision Logic

If Clinton announces a run for US Presidency then the bet resolves as "Yes." If she does not announce a run then bet resolves as "No." Early resolution is possible. Bets placed 48 hours before official announcement will be refunded. Official announcement comes in the form of official news source (CNN, NYT, etc), social media accounts, broadcast tv announcement stating her official running for Presidency. Outcome date is 8/29/2019.
