Decision Logic
If Joe Biden is elected President of the United States then the bet resolves as "Yes." If Joe Biden is NOT elected president then the bet resolves as "No." Official news source confirms. If Joe Biden does not officially run as a candidate or does not win the Democratic nomination, bet will resolve early as "No." In case of a recount, bet will resolve as soon as a winner is determined.
