Description

Joe Biden is old. Some people say he shows the signs of early onset dementia or other health issues resulting from his advanced age. This bet is on whether these, or any other issues, cause Joe Biden to no longer be President of the United States before the end of this year (i.e. before Jan 1, 2023).

Decision Logic

"YES" wins if Joe Biden no longer serves as the US President before the end of the year.

"NO" wins if Joe Biden serves, uninterrupted, as the US President from Jan 1, 2022 to Jan 1, 2023.

For example, if Kamala Harris (or anyone else) serves as the active US President from Jan 1, 2022 to Jan 1, 2023, for any amount of time, this bet resolves in favor of YES.

That's a dirty caveat Gary (and the reason I am not placing a bet). Your question is will he be REMOVED from office. Temporarily handing someone additional authority is not the same as removing someone from their position.

To answer question below, yes if Biden gets butt cam surgery that results in Kamala serving as active president for a few hours that will be sufficient to resolve this bet in favor of YES.

Though I failed to envision the possibility that Kamala will be forced out for being too obnoxious to put up with just before Biden gets forced out for senility, leaving us in the hands of President Pelosi. :-( Hmm, that might be an interesting long-shot fixed odds bet.
