There is a lot of talk about whether faithless electors will actually show up before Jan 6th. This proposition is a bet on whether in the final electoral count on January 6th will result in Joe Biden getting exactly 306 of those votes
Decision Logic
Joe Biden MUST get an electoral vote count of EXACTLY 306 electoral votes in the official January count for this proposition to result in a YES
If there is even ONE faithless electoral vote or if Joe Biden is unable to exactly 306 votes, this proposition will result in a NO. (More or less than 306 votes will result in a NO)
