Will Joe Biden still be President on March 1st 2022?

If Joe Biden is acting President of the USA on March 1st 2022,
=> it's YES.
 
If Joe Biden isn't acting President of the USA anymore on March 1st 2022, for ANY reason,
=> it's NO.
 
 
Let's be clear, if he's in hospital or anything like it and not ruling the country, and Kamala replaced him for an unknown duration, the result is NO. In order for it to be YES, he MUST BE ruling and taking decisions.

Pretty straight forward.
I know presidents always stay "presidents", in theory.
What we are talking about here is to be an acting president at the head of the country, not to have the title of President.
