The All-Star point guard has refused to get a COVID-19 vaccine, and the Nets announced Tuesday that he won’t be part of the team until he does. In essence, get vaxxed or get gone. This bet is on if Kyrie Irving plays in the first Nets game of the season on October 19th.

Yes wins if Kyrie Irving plays during the Nets season opener, regardless of his vaccination status (i.e. Yes wins if the Nets cave and allow him to play unvaccinated or if Kyrie plays because he agrees to vaccination). Otherwise No wins. Bets made on the day of the announcement will be cancelled.
