Will Lauren Loughlin be sentenced to prison in 2019?

Description

Actress Lauren Loughlin (from Full House and Hallmark Channel) was among several charged in the college admissions bribery scandal. She's accused of paying $500,000 to get her two daughters admitted to USC as recruited athletes on the crew team even though they have no experience with the sport.

Decision Logic

Bet on assuming if a plea deal is accepted, the length of the prison sentence. If no plea deal or the case is dismissed, this would resolve as 'no prison/probation/community service.' This would resolve early if the case is resolved by either plea deal or trial and must be by end of 2019.

Lori's next court date is set for Jan. 17, 2020 so we may not see a sentence for a while. However, it does seem that Lori is likely heading for some prison time. Felicity may have only got 14 days in prison, but other parents in the scandal have not had such light sentencing, especially if they paid more for their children to be recruited.

@d_d rejection of the plea deal, in our eyes, does not necessarily change anything in terms of the overall outcome. Prison is still a valid outcome, as is option #1. Case can also still be dismissed.

According to multiple news sources Lori Loughlin Rejected Plea Deal in April: https://people.com/crime/lori-loughlin-rejected-plea-deal-before-new-charges-source/ How the decision logic should be read in this case? I don't think it will be correct to resolve the bet as "no prison", as she can still easily go to prison. May be it was intended to say: "If no plea deal IS OFFERED or the case is dismissed, this would resolve as 'no prison/probation/community service" ?
