Decision Logic

Option "Yes": If Mike Pompeo will win the next GOP nomination for President. If "Option Yes" occurs earlier than the specified time, the market will be settled. ( such as in the case of Joe Biden not completing his presidency for any reason)

Option "No": If Mike Pompeo is not nominated by the GOP for President in the 2024 elections , or in the event of Joe Biden not completing his Presidency for any reason.

This timeline is also invalid as the nominations happen later however in the interest of declaring an outcome, we will leave this open until we have one.

I'm wondering when and how this bet will get closed out. I bet impulsively based upon the title, without looking at the "logic", but now that I do, we have two completely independent conditions, the primary one of which cannot be resolved for two more years (GOP Convention in the summer of 2024). It seems that the only way this bet could resolve in a timely manner would be if Joe Biden drops dead in the next five days.
