Will Mr. Spears lose his conservatorship over Britney?

More than 13 years after the life/finances of Britney Spears were put under the court-approved conservatorship of her father, James P. Spears — and a month after Ms. Spears broke her public silence on the arrangement, calling it abusive — a new lawyer for Britney has recently moved to have Mr. Spears removed from the unique conservatorship. This bet is on whether or not Britney is able to have Mr. Spears removed from conservatorship by the end of the year. Any bets placed after news announcing termination, suspension, and/or resignation of Mr. Spears conservatorship over Britney Spears will be returned.

This bet resolves in favor of YES if Mr. Spears loses his conservatorship over Britney Spears (via suspension, termination, or other means) at any time on or before December 31, 2021. Bet resolves in favor of NO if Mr. Spears conservatorship remains in place over Britney Spears until Jan 1, 2022. If the Court orders Mr. Spears conservatorship to be terminated/suspended on a date before Dec 31, bet resolves YES even if the actual paperwork confirming the termination/suspension is formally filed with the Court after December 31st.
