Description
While President Trump wants this investigation wrapped up soon, there’s speculation its not close to finished and may go into 2019.
Decision Logic
Mueller must announce an end of his investigation or reliable sources reveal he’s no longer investigating for this to resolve YES. If the investigation is still ongoing, this will resolve NO. If something happens that causes the investigation to stop involuntary (Trump fires Mueller, Mueller dies, etc), this resolves OTHER.
