Will Nancy Pelosi be Speaker of the House in 2019?

Bet on if Nancy Pelosi will be Speaker of the House for congress in 2019.

For this to resolve as YES, the following must happen:
Pelosi would have to win re-election in November.
The democrats would have to take control of the house (and therefore Pelosi and Paul Ryan's roles are reversed).
Pelosi must not resign, die, or anything that happens that prevent Pelosi from becoming House Speaker.
Early resolution is not possible, even after midterm elections. Pelosi must be House Speaker on the outcome date, Jan. 8, 2019 for a YES resolution.
