This proposition will resolve "yes" if a major news outlet (CNN, NBC, Fox, CBS, MSNBC) reports that any country has attacked North Korea by the end of 2017. This includes any kind of physical strike, including but not limited to missiles, nuclear weapons, destruction of ships, an actual land invasion, and so on. A cyber attack will not resolve this proposition as 'yes'. A terrorist attack where responsibility is not claimed by a nation will not resolve this proposition as 'yes'. This proposition can resolve early. In the event of any confusion over what constitutes an attack, the decision will be at the proposition maker's sole discretion and shall be final.
