Will Barack Obama be charged with Treason against the United States before August 2020?

Decision Logic

This bet resolves as YES if and when it can be verified, either by agreement of all of BBC, CNN, Reuters, and New York Times, or by obtaining a copy of the actual charges as filed with a court of law, that Barack Obama has been charged within the USA with Treason. Early resolution is possible.

To minimize the risk of insider bets based on leaks or media coverage, all Yes bets placed later than two weeks before a Yes resolution will be refunded.

If no charges are publicly verified by the end of July 2020, NO wins.

@cryptoman - if we don't check into the site, the site has a killswitch to close all bets and return all wagers. Rest assured, we do check up on it very often, even if our mod team is delayed in resolutions.

@Avalon: I wonder what happens to our funds if something happens to the admins. I think it would be nice to implement a simple rule like "if no login activity by the admins in last 6 months ---> return all bets & halt new propositions". Just an idea.
