Will Obama place US Soldiers on the ground in Iraq?

Obama has already decided to send 300 Special Military Advisers but this bet is in reference to him saying and be quoted as saying, "that US troops would not return to combat in Iraq."

So will US Troops be sent for a ground or combat mission at any point in June or July 2014?

It must come from a credible, quotable or real source that Obama has stated that to help the Iraqi Government, Ground Troops will be deployed.

Air strikes are not US Soldiers on the ground in Iraq. Neither are the 300 Special Forces Members. It would need to be troops, on the ground in battle, in Iraq... prior to 7/31/14 at midnight

If at any point the troops are deployed, the bet will end and the YES will collect.
