Description

Congress must pass a healthcare bill that President Trump signs into law by April 30, 2018 that appeals and replaces Obamacare / Affordable Care Act (ACA).

Decision Logic

This will be determined from web sites congress.gov, house.gov, and/or senate.gov. Early resolution possible. The bill must fully replace the existing law (Obamacare) and "Obamacare" would no longer exists for this to resolve YES. If any portion of Obamacare still exists on May 1, this will resolve NO even if a healthcare bill passes but doesn't fully replace Obamacare.
