Decision Logic

Clemency sufficient for Yes to win will be considered to have been granted only if Roger Stone name appears on the official list maintained on the U.S. Department of Justice's Office of the Pardon Attorney website (https://www.justice.gov/pardon/clemencyrecipients) . Bets placed on the day that the pardon, commutation, or clemency is universally first announced on mainstream news will be cancelled.

I reported this bet cause I couldn't find Roger Stone in this list : https://www.justice.gov/pardon/pardons-granted-president-donald-trump That was a knee jerk reaction on my part, sorry about that! On second thought it indeed appears, that YES has won here.
